Refund Policy

At Massalia Moto, we are committed to providing quality motorcycles, scooters and spare parts. However, if a problem arises, we apply a refund policy under certain conditions.

1. Reimbursement for the purchase of motorcycles and scooters


No refunds are possible once the sale is finalized.

  • All sales of motorcycles and scooters are final, after validation and agreement of the buyer.

  • Before any purchase, the buyer has the possibility to check the condition of the vehicle on site.

  • Some motorcycles or scooters may be covered by a warranty depending on the condition, specified at the time of sale.

2. Reimbursement for the purchase of spare parts


A refund is possible in the following cases:

2.1 Defective or non-compliant part

  • If the part received is defective or does not correspond to the order, the customer must make a claim within 7 days of receipt.

  • The refund request must be sent to massaliamoto@gmail.com, with supporting photos.

  • After validation, the part must be returned in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with original packaging).

  • Reimbursement will be made after receipt and verification of the returned part.

2.2 Customer Order Error

  • If the customer made a mistake when ordering, an exchange may be offered depending on stock availability.

  • No refunds will be made for an order error if the part has been fitted or used.

3. Reimbursement procedure

  • Any refund request must be sent by email to massaliamoto@gmail.com with:

    • The purchase invoice

    • Photos of the product received (in case of defect)

    • An explanation of the problem

  • After studying the request, we will inform the customer of the decision within 5 working days.

  • The refund will be made by bank transfer or other agreed means within 7 working days after validation of the return.

4. Exceptions and non-refundable cases

  • Motorcycles and scooters are not refundable after the sale is finalized.

  • Spare parts already fitted or used cannot be returned or refunded.

  • No refund is possible in the event of improper installation or misuse of a part.

  • Items sold on sale or clearance are non-refundable.
